  5. What do we know about Electrical Circuits? • Each group will be given a box. • Your goal: Using what you already know about flashlights, try to construct a working flashlight using ONLY the materials given to you in your box. • Time limit: 25 minutes

  6. Your materials: • 2 D cell batteries • Two 5" pieces of insulated copper wire with approximately 1" of insulation stripped off all ends • Cardboard tube (toilet tissue or paper towel) cut to 4" in length • 3-volt flashlight bulb • Packing Tape • Electrical Tape • Bathroom-size paper cup
