This guide outlines our strategic shift from a traditional 4-4 defense to a more dynamic 3-3 formation. We maintain the same coverage rules while implementing an automatic blitz system tailored to offensive formations. The goal is to consistently apply pressure with at least six players in the box, capitalizing on our versatile defensive personnel. Included are formations, blitz examples, and specific calls, emphasizing our successful use of the overload and Ninja tactics to adapt to game situations effectively.

The coverage rules are the same and we use an automatic blitz system based on the formation. I have included the formations and examples of blitzes and calls. We always want to bring 6. The heavy call is an overload. You can also call the Ninja to the field or short side. It has been really successful for us we can also jump in and out of this set based on the situation.
