  4. Funding - ARRA • 4,697 projects underway and 8,096 projects obligated • Projects in all 50 states, DC, PR, and Federal Lands • The total obligated funds of projects under construction are $12,559,576,896 • $2,652,244,069 expended as of October 9, 2009

  5. 1380 TIGER Grant applications received $56.5b in funds requested 260 from Northern Border States $9.3b from Northern Border States Funding - TIGER

  6. Funding - Reauthorization • FHWA under a CR • House: 3 month extension • Senate & Administration: 18 month SAFETEA-LU Extension
