  2. Objective • You are learning from this PowerPoint to be more healthier than before and from know.

  3. Water • I drink seven water cups a day. I do not drink more because my stomach gets to heart a lot. • The normal servings you can drink are 8 cups only. And 8 cups a day.

  4. Rice and pasta • I eat one and a half plate of rice and pasta. I do not eat more because I get full and that means no more food for me. • The most thing I like is the hot and soft bread. I like It when I open the bread and all the smoke comes out. • The regular servings is 6 servings.

  5. Fruits • The most fruit I like is green apple, orange, and peach because they are all good fruits. • I eat these fruits once a week because my mom goes to the grocery store once a week.

  6. Vegetables • The most vegetable I like is corn because its good when it is cooked. • And tomato is a good vegetable because it gives you blood. • The regular servings are 3 servings. • I eat about 2 servings a day.

  7. Dairy • The regular servings are 3 servings. • When I eat Oreo I drink milk with it. • And when I eat cake I drink milk with it too. • Milk makes your body and your muscles stronger.

  8. Fats ,oil ,sweets • The servings are 1 servings of oil, fats, sweets. • The original servings I have is 2 servings a week. • The 2 servings are small bag of chips and a Hershey bar. • My baby brother he is 3 years old he eats about 4 servings.

  9. Meats,poultry,fish • The regular servings are 2 servings. • The servings I eat are 2 serving, sometimes I eat are 3 servings. • This is an example of a food pyramid.

  10. Do I need to change my diet? • Yes, because I need to stop eating the sweets, oil, fats. I eat 3 servings a day.

  11. Will I change my diet? • No because I am to skinny. If I gain weight yes I will change it.
