  7. REPORT • You will provide a written report to cover the following learning objectives: • What is an atheroma? • What do thrombosis and aneurysm mean? • What is myocardial infarction? • What are the factors that incidence of coronary heart disease?

  8. Myocardial infarction Mr Smith has just woken up in hospital. The doctors have told he has suffered myocardial infarction. He has no idea what this means. Explain to Mr Smith what has happened to him
