Diversity in our organizational culture fosters positive learning environments for everyone. It is our vision to: • Understand, acknowledge, and appreciate difference; • Utilize our understanding of difference to improve ourselves and our work; and, • Foster an organizational culture that is welcoming and inclusive to all. Diversity includes many dimensions: age, gender, education, race, ethnicity, ability, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, personality and talents. We strive to have our staff, volunteers, and board reflect the diversity of the communities we serve in our programs. Our Diversity & Inclusion Statement
