System Highlights • 120 KWth peak parabolic trough solar matrix • Thermal oil is used as HTF and superheated steam at 200 psi and 210 C is generated through a non-firing oil boiler • A 20HP steam engine is powered by the steam • 150 liters of distilled water is generated • 20 KW adsorption chiller is powered by rejected heat from the water distillation unit • In winter the rejected heat is used for space heating Proprietary Information www.rayer.co.uk
