Establish a national reference group. • All partners have been successful in establishing reference groups for the project • Our partner at the University of Pardubice established two reference groups – one in the Czech Republic and one in the Slovak Republic consisting of both civilian and military representatives. • Our partner at Hi-Plan has established a Finnish reference group. • Our partner at Sprengschule in Dresden has established a reference group. • National reference groups already exist in UK, Sweden, France and Italyas a result of EUExcert EUExcert project meeting June 2007

Arrange national reference group meetings. • Most partners have held reference group meetings on at least one occasion since the new project started. • Our partner at the University of Pardubice organised for two reference group meetings, Czech reference group had approximately twenty people at its first meeting in Prague; the Slovak group had six persons at its first meeting in Bratislava. • Reference group meeting in Norway arranged by Nammo Raufoss in April • Reference group meeting in Sweden arranged by KCEM was held in March • Reference group meeting in Finland arranged by Hi-Plan in March • Reference group meeting in UK • Reference group meeting in France • Reference group meeting in Italy EUExcert project meeting June 2007

Send comments about the dissemination plan to Maria Lindstedt. • Our partner Masugnen has developed a Communication Plan and asked for feedback from partners. • Maria has received some feedback on the communication plan from some partners.   16. W-P 4 Glossary and terminology (Cranfield University) • All partners were to send a terminology in English to Jackie Akhavan • Some partners delivered national glossaries to Jackie • Jackie presented the glossary at the Pardubice meeting EUExcert project meeting June 2007

W-P 5 European Explosive Qualification Framework (Cranfield University) • All partners were to describe systems of education and training, certification, legislation in each partner country (two pages maximum) • All partners were to send existing training and education in the explosives field to Jackie Akhavan • All partners were to identify the missing education and training and send it to Jackie Akhavan • Some partners delivered their description of existing education & training and missing education & training, as requested to Jackie • Jackie presented a list of existing education & training and missing education & training at the Pardubice meeting • Some partners delivered their description of the systems of legislation, as requested to Jackie • Jackie presented a description of the systems of legislation at the Pardubice meeting EUExcert project meeting June 2007

W-P 8 Flexible media (KCEM) • Workshop in Pardubice the 24th of April 2007 • 10 partners organisations participated at the meeting in Pardubice, where several partners presented the progress in their work • Attending the Conference organised by University of Pardubice CZ, in April 2007 • Some partners presented papers at the conference EUExcert project meeting June 2007
