  1. Steps for getting policy soft copies and for making non premium bearing endorsement changes to your and commercial policies

  2. From http://www.americanstrategic.com/ • Click on “Agent Login” to log in

  3. Log in with your user name and password User name Password

  4. Select “Rating & Policy Lookup” • Side note: Just a reminder to run the following reports daily through the “Agent Reports” section • Daily Activity Report • Past and Pending Cancellation Reports Daily

  5. Enter the policy number OR • Enter the Named Insured under “Company Name” Policy # OR Named insured • Hit the “Lookup” button

  6. This brings up the “Policy History” screen • Note: If there are multiple renewals you will be asked to select the appropriate policy term • Go to the bottom of the page

  7. Select “Non $ Endorsement” • This is also where you e-mail a soft copy of the policy to yourself or someone else from here (see last slide)

  8. This is the page where you make changes Enter the effective date of the change Select a transaction description (use EN: Insured Info or EN: Mailing Address) This is the section where you can change the insured mailing address and contact information Further down the page…

  9. You can not change Loss Payee information You can change Premium Finance info You can not change Additional Insured information You are required to enter notes – please use the following format “EN EFF: MM-DD-YY Change Mailing Address” (or Correct Premium Finance Address or something appropriate for the change) this will be printed on the new Dec page When you’re done – select “Post Policy”

  10. If you selected “Email Documents” from the policy history page just enter your e-mail and hit “Email Package” my.email@address.com • Hit the “Email Package” button
