  2. Supplies • Math notebook • Paper • Pencil (preferred) and eraser • Calculator (scientific or graphing) • Textbook (and workbook) • Geometry: ruler, compass, protractor • Other supplies will be occasionally needed

  3. Classroom Rules • Respect the people, equipment and furniture in the room • Be seated and ready to begin work when the tardy bell rings • Adjust your voice level to suit the activity • Work quietly and independently until you have finished your work • Use language appropriate for the classroom • Keep food and drinks out of the classroom

  4. Rewards • Locker and restroom privileges • Green cards • Bonus points (extra green cards)

  5. Consequences* • Lose green cards • Detention • Severe disruption: Immediate removal from the classroom *You do not have the right to disrupt the learning of others.

  7. College Prep Curriculum • Algebra 1 • Geometry • Algebra 2 • Trigonometry • Pre-Calculus • Expect to spend approximately one hour every day efficiently practicing and studying mathematics! • It is assumed that you know what was covered in previous classes!

  8. Homework is Critical! • All work MUST be shown • Due at beginning of class each day (spot-check for completeness) • Must be complete(every problem attempted) • Mandatory extended learning time (ELT) will be assigned at 3:25 p.m. as necessary
