  4. London Plane TreePlatnus x acerifolia Height: 70-100’ Spread: 65-80’ 3-5 lobes dark green leaves; yellow brown in fall Peeling bark Sun-Part shade

Golden Raintree • Koelreuteriapaniculata • Height : 30’ – 40’ • Spread: 35’ • Bright yellow flowers in early summer in long panicles • Pinnately compound leaves up to 18” long • Leaves emerge pinkish bronze to purplish in spring, mature to a bright green in summer and turn yellow in fall • Fruit in the fall is a brown, papery seed capsule which somewhat resemble Chinese lanterns. • Falling blossoms are said to resemble "golden rain"

  6. Star Magnolia • Magnolia stellate • Height: 15’ - 20’ • Spread: 10’ – 15’ • Branching is upright ,spreading, multi-stemmed • Shape is rounded or oval • Flowers early Spring February-March before Saucer Magnolia • Flowers 3”-4” across
