Enhancing Research Utility through Industry-Academia Collaboration in Cairo University

The Concept Plan outlines Cairo University's Innovation Office (CUISO) initiatives aimed at realigning research to better meet industry needs. By focusing on industry-oriented objectives and exposing students and professors to real-world problems, CUISO aims to strengthen the connection between academia and industry. A SWOT analysis identifies key strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, while an action plan proposes forums, internships, and knowledge management strategies to foster collaboration and support the technology transfer activities crucial for regional development.
