Local community • People are working either at home or in offices • There has been fewer absences through illness • People buying equipment because they want to work at home • No opportunity to socialise face to face • People buying things over the internet rather than shopping (e.g. Amazon and EBay) • People getting sued because of being lazy • People can keep in touch with friends/families (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Skype etc.) • The internet is the biggest source of income for most businesses
Availability of Jobs • Robot manufacturers doing most of the work rather than people • People getting paid more • More computer programmers • More organisations and records
Inequality in broadband • People that live in rural areas can’t get internet access • Some people can’t afford it • Government having financial issues to afford it
