Interview Process • I will ask my main interview questions • I will try warmly and tactfully to encourage you to dominate the conversation • I will take notes or perhaps record your speech with a tape player • I will use my back-up questions only to stimulate you to speak more than I do • If I think of a good unprepared question, I will ask it

  3. Interview Fulfillment • As interviewees, be talkative, sincere, diplomatic, and assertive • increases the appearance of your reliability (and confidence) • tends to enhance the actual reliability of your off-the-cuff yet thoughtful commentary

  4. “Debriefing” • After my session reaches a resolution, I will: • let you know whether you “passed the interview” • update your mark accordingly • let you ask me questions until the twenty minute period is over • Click here to return to the Interviews Lecture
