  2. Required by Regulation 372.8 Each Facility shall maintain a one (1) day supply of perishables and a three (3) day supply of staples at all times.

  6. Water Recommendation: one (1) gallon per person per day Example: 25 children + 5 staff = 30 gallons for one day Remember: Water is not an allowable cost in the CACFP

  7. Milk UHT Milk Shelf-Stable Soy Milk Aseptically-sealed packages of milk are shelf-stable at room temperature for 6-9 months.
