PROJECT POLIFORME

This project involved the preparation of a statistics table analyzing crimes against living rights, sexual crimes, and crimes against individuals in partner countries. It examined crime numbers, ratios, and distribution, as well as the relationship between crime and population, GNP per capita, and closed files. The project identified difficulties and weaknesses in defining and classifying crimes, data collection methods, and lack of information. Recommendations for harmonization of law enforcement data collection were made.
