Complaint received by Club Secretary Club Secretary to immediately inform the Club Chairman If the complaint relates to the violation of the Policy for Safeguarding Children, Young People and Vulnerable Adults, the Club Chairman must refer the complaint immediately to the Archery GB Case Management Referral Panel Chairman The Club Chairman to convene a Committee of Executive Members within 21 days Chairman of the Committee to write to all parties detailing the process for investigation CASE MANAGEMENT REFERRAL PANEL COMPLAINTS – CLUB LEVEL Committee to conduct an investigation allowing all parties a reasonable opportunity of a hearing • Possible Outcomes: • No case to answer • Referred to County • Case Resolved Chairman of the Committee to write to all parties informing them of the outcome of the investigation within 7 days I If the complaint cannot be resolved at Club level, this must be referred to the County Secretary
