Ken Saffert – Southern MN Railways • Mankato Director of Engineering for 30 years • Worked as a consulting Municipal engineer for 6 years • ASCE member since graduation of MSCE U of M • Registered Professional (MSPE) • Helped get the mechanical, electrical and later civil programs to MSU • Was on the Governor's Council to apply GIS statewide for 12 years
