D. Data Management - Send a Report 5. After successfully uploaded, NEW status will be seen. If the status is FAULT, the uploaded report has an error/s. 6. If the Status is FAULT, click Download to see the error. Then, make the correction and resend it again.

C. Data Management - Search a Report 8. Search a report By Date Covered; By Date Submitted; By User Reference ID or By Report ID.
C. Data Management - Search Own Record 9. To view own mini database that contains all reports that has been approved and uploaded, click Search Own Records.
C. Data Management - Search Own Record • Type Last and First Name, they are required fields. • Then, click Search Now button. • NOTE: LAST NAME and FIRST NAME should be in CAPITAL LETTERS.

D. Messaging 1. Click Messages to view your Inbox, Sent Items and Drafts Messages.

E. My Account 1. Click My Account and choose Change Password.
