Circle of Control and Influence Lesson learnt #1: Do not let issues beyond your circles of influence and control prevent you, from building on existing strenghts and increasing your control and influence! Strength: Participatory approach institutionalised in planning and implementation phase of project cycle.

  4. Course Expectations (revised) Address: • How to improve relationship with stakeholders and convince them of benefits of participation in M&E • How to improve staff capacity for PM&E • How to effectively collect PM&E data and information • How to effectively maintain an PM&E system/database
