  3. INDUPERM A/S INDUPERM A/S has been manufacturer of Constant Current Regulators and Output Transformers for more than 30 years. The latest range, type CCR 961, is fully digital regulator designed and constructed acc. to EN61822. TÜV tested to prove compliance with EN61822. CCR Modules including all electronics, thyristors etc. are plug-in modules in 40A, 60A or 110A current ratings.   4. INDUPERM A/S The CCR‘s from Induperm can be supplied in a number of various lay-outs. To the left is shown the FAA layout, with one complete CCR in a separate cubicle. To the right a layout with up to 16 Nos. CCR Modules in one cubicle, for connection to Output transformer modules in separate cubicles.

  9. INDUPERM A/S Induperm Isolating Transformers: Induperm has manufactured all kind of Isolating Transformers for more than 30 years, and they have verified the high quality in airports worldwide. We manufacture transformers according to most standards such as FAA and IEC/Cenelec. Transformers with current ratings primary and/or secondary of 6,6-8,3-10 or 20 are standard. Besides these standard ratio current transformers, we manufacture transformers with a fixed output (6,6A or 230V) for a primary current between 3 and 6,6A. The transformers are encapsulated in polyurethane, and resistant to all know chemicals in airport, hydraulic oil, direct sun radiation and most known termites types

Constant Current Regulators • according to EN61822. • Supply of app. 2000 nos. Isolating transformers for series circuit • Single Lamp control and monitoring units for RGL and Stopbarre Circuits

  18. INDUPERM A/S • FRANKFURT INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT • Our contract in FRAPORT includes the supply, installation and commissioning of app. 400Nos. Constant Current Regulators according to EN61822. • With 80 - 90 Nos. Regulators in each substation, the need of a compact lay-out is obvious! • Our design for FRAPORT can be seen on the following slides.

  22. INDUPERM A/S Power station in Maputo Airport in Mozambique. Induperm has supplied Remote Control, CCR’s, transformers and elevated light fixtures to more than 10 airports in Mozambique . We are currently working with update of our supplies from the 1980’ties.

This contract did include development of new CCR facilities, manufacturing, Installation and commissioning of the complete CCR system in Zürich Airport. The CCR‘s are with built-in By-Pass and our patented Multi-Thyristor Layout. The use of this technique means reduction in EMC and an improved power factor.

  25. INDUPERM A/S Induperm SFL -System in German Airport. Our SFL (Sequence Flash Light System) is based on the same digital control unit as used in our Constant Current Regulator type 961. The digital processor controlled units offers easy adjustment and reliable lamp supervision. One cabinet can contain up to 2 systems
