HISTORY OF COMPANY CAMEI was established since 1978 in HK (over 30 years) 1st production site was built in China in 1982 at DongguanHau Jie. It was then expanded and moved to He Zhou since 1989. 2nd production site with double size was built in Dongguan Da Ling Shan since 1995. Lanmei is a new plant built with China Domestic selling license.

Quality Control - Injection Process • Assigned molding machine for product mold unit • Critical parameter and sign sample is placed • Record and check the critical parameter of each machine by QC on each shift daily. (ie cycle time, injection pressure, injection temperature, shot weight, reground material level • AQL inspection checking by QC every batch of molding according to In-house molding QC procedure • Sampling drawn the test unit to internal lab for Physical test every shift daily
Quality Control - Deco Process • Assigned Tempo painting machine and assigned paint storage area to prevent any contamination. • All Paints were Heavy Element tested before use • Sign sample is placed • 100% appearance check by Line inspector • AQL inspection checking by QC every batch of deco unit according to In-house QC procedure
Quality Control - Assembly and Packing Process • Sharp tools control exists • Work instruction, QC inspection procedure and Sign sample placed • 100% Cleaning, appearance and correct assembly check by Line inspector • UV light • Metal detector check before packing in Carton • Patrol inspection & final inspection by batch of • packed unit according to In-house QC procedure • Packed unit will be stored in security area before shipment
