Building stronger rapport and better communication between police and community members can help officers build trust and resolve concerns before they develop into problems. Secondary Focus: Consumer Market Enormous market, especially internationally – many consumers have reservations about the performance capability of alt fuel vehicles…eCat aims to change that perception.
