  • Provide feedback and supervision to Assistant Hall Managers, Resident Assistants, and Desk Clerks

  • Develop job checklists
  • Develop protocols for tracking desk clerk hours/doing rounds/use of master key
  • Follow-up with staff after training sessions, informational emails, etc.

  • Delegate assignments

  • Coordinate Senior Week moving for your staff members
  • Attend weekly Hall Manager meetings in the Housing Office
  • Plan some staff team building activities
    • Mandatory Fun Time!
