Processing Changes • Dropping Batch Data Requests and Institution Data for 2002-2003 • All requests and institution data updates through the Web • Includes associated acknowledgements, error messages, file layouts, and SAIG message classes • Reminder -- Disbursements will be processed in Disbursement Ref Number order

  4. File Layout Changes • Originations/Acknowledgements • Award Amount will be accepted in $$ and cents • Modifying Verification Status Code • Adding Negative Pending Amount • Adding Current SSN, DOB and Student Name • Increase in record lengths • Disbursement -- None • YTD/MRR/Reconciliation

  5. Edit Code Changes • New Warning Code for Originations • For new Current SSN, DOB and Student Name Fields (#332) • Changed Warning Code for Originations • Verification Status Code (#309)

  6. BETA Testing Update -2001-2002 • 8 Participants to date • FAME • SCT • SCT - Banner • Campus Management • DataTel • Campus Management - Midwest • Oracle • Grambling State University • Open to September 2001
