  3. 2011 Report – Strategic Orientation • Ensure all work aligns w/success areas: • Increase cost effectiveness of service delivery • Maintain or improve levels of service • Utilize subcommittee agency staff reps to move ball forward on day-to-day coordination • Establish mobility managers (state & regional)

  4. GDC 2012 Reporting Year RFP Update • Focus Areas: • Benefits of different state-level RHST governance structures: • Is there a governance structure that will clearly benefit Georgia’s RHST customers? • Georgia performance compared to other states: • Does GA have room to improve? • Update financial info and further evaluate reporting tasks • Schedule: • October 10th – RFP put out to bid • November 4th – Proposals Due • Early December – Projected notice to proceed

Technical Coordinating Group –Membership • Technical Coordinating Group (TCG) will oversee day-to-day coordination • TCG membership: • Staff-levelrepresentatives of Advisory Subcommittee agencies • Additional members TBD • GDC report calls for expanding Subcommittee group to include additional stakeholders

  6. Technical Coordinating Group – Activity Summary • Completed: • Mission affirmation and establishment of success areas • Ongoing: • Performance Measures • Establishment of a State Mobility Manager • Oversight of GDOT consultant team activities • Future: • Expanded Membership • More…

  7. State Mobility Management Update • TCG evaluating options to establish a State Mobility Manager • TCG suggests a joint Committee and Subcommittee meeting – possibly in January • Seek direction from Advisory Subcommittee (agency heads) regarding establishing a State Mobility Manager • Re-convene primary stakeholders

  8. Upcoming Events: • November 17th: Presentation to Behavioral Health Coordinating Council • December: Monthly TCG Meeting • January 11th: Joint Committee/Subcommittee meeting
