Activity With your independent study partner: • Spend some time looking at the labels on the clothing, pants, and shoes of your group • Make a list of the countries where the labels were made. 1. Where have you found that most things are made? Why? 2. Now that you know where your product was made, pick an item and specify how you think that product was made (who makes it, under what conditions, how much money you think they make). 3. What if the label said “Made in Canada”? Would this change your above answer? Why or why not?
