  2. Purpose /Process/ Payoff Purpose Communicate a Specialty Theme each month internally to Sales & Marketing, Claims, Product Management and PS&S as well as externally to the Agency base. Process CV and MC Themes will be developed by the Specialty Team and communicated throughout the GMACI organization. Jim Medlin will serve as Specialty Lead on this project. Payoff Everyone will have a better understanding of Commercial Auto and Motorcycle and the HOT topics we are facing each month. The local Sales Force will have material to develop a 60 second commercial for each product to be used at the end of every sales call.

Distribution Methods • Sales and Marketing – News You Can Use Article (Specialty Corner) • Week 1—Specialty Themes are posted in newsletter • Week 2--We have a question from previous week’s posting and offer a prize to the winner • Week 3--We post the answers • Week 4--We post which TSM won • PS&S • GMAC Connection – their newsletter • Claims • Posting in claims blog • Agencies • eAgency article posting • Someone who is on e-agency will see this even if they are not on a Specialty Products home page

Next Steps 2/25/09 – Project kick off with “News You Can Use” teaser!!!! 3/4/09 – Inaugural Themes are distributed and posted on eAgency 3/11/09 – Questions posted in “News You Can Use” 3/18/09 – Answers posted 3/25/09 – Winner announced And the process continues every month Please contact Jim Medlin or Michael Loucks with questions.
