  6. OurReuseProgram(built on humble beginnings) Began in 1999  Customers used side entrance  Area delineated by cones  Products stored in lockers  Blind corner in unloading area  Staff labor in every transaction

  7. Stand–Alone Building On–Site Installed in 2004  About $11K with shipping  More compliant with WAC  Restricts public access  Frees storage space in the main facility  Segregated 60' feet away

  14. A CaseforLatex Paint About 20,000 pounds are reused annually  Requires almost no labor  This service disappears if latex is not collected  Brings other products to the facility for proper disposal

  15. Improvements & Brainstorming Signs In–house marketing Spot advertising  Electronic inventory tracking for internal agency access  A technician to "own" the program
