Student Athlete Expectations / Requirements to Play • Make your Grades • Students can be academically ineligible • Failing grades in 3 or more classes deems a player ineligible to play • Failing during the season can result in being ineligible to play • Follows the Rules • Failing to follow GHSA or NFHS guidelines and requirements • Making / Missing Practice and Games Students are excused from practice or game if they are involved in any of the following: • School academic (graded) activity. • Sick and unable to attend school. • Death in family. ** NOT SHOWING UP FOR PRACTICE OR GAME WITHOUT CONTACTING A COACH COULD RESULT IN GAME SUSPENSION. • Requirements for making Florida Travel Team Varsity Players that are eligible to play during the part of the season when the trip occurs must also meet the following criteria to be eligible for consideration for the trip: • Not be under disciplinary or GHSA suspension from game play. • No ISS or OSS disciplinary actions during the current school year. *** If the player has had ISS or OSS disciplinary actions during the current school year a review will be conducted and his eligibility to travel will be evaluated.

Key Dates • Key dates for Spring Season • SPRING KEY DATES • Spring Season Registration: October 25 – December 19 • Player Pack Payment Deadline November 15 • Spring Season Late Registration: December 20 - January 31 ($100 late fee applies) • Field Prep Day: TBA • Team Evaluations: Jan 20-24 • Jacksonville Trip: Friday April 3 – April 5 • Spring H.S. Season: Feb 10 – April or May depending on playoffs • Spring Schedules have been posted on the website

  9. Winter 2019/2020 Season • Starts after Fall Season is complete: • Conditioning and Stick Skills : • Tuesday – Thursday 4:00 – 5:30 • Starts December 3 thru January 16

  10. Spring 2020 Season Practice after school during the week with the exception of game day. Time: 4:00 – 6:00** **There may be some before school practices if needed do to weather and practice field conditions. Bus is provided to all out of county away games.**

Spring 2020 Registration • Registration Process: • Player Registration for all players that plan to play in the spring. • Varsity / Jr Varsity Rostering once teams are selected • Required Information: • Player Physical Completed • Player & Parent Contact Information • Uniform/Player Pack Sizing Information • Helmet Type • Player Pack Fee: $150 (No Refunds after items have been ordered) • Team Registration Fee: $850 (** NO REFUNDS AFTER FEB 10, 2020) (** Family Discount for multiple players in the same family) • Other Fees: • Volunteer fee is $150. This will be refunded to you at the end of the season if you have completed the required number of volunteer activities. (6) If you have done more then you are eligible to receive additional funds back. • Opportunities: • Volunteer registration will be setup after assessments have been done and based on the number of players.

  14. Fundraisers Option 1- You can opt-out of the Car Wash Ticket fundraiser by paying a $150 opt-out fee and you will not receive tickets. Option 2- You can opt-in you will be getting 10 Car Wash tickets for Auto Craze for $150.  This will need to be paid at the meeting tonight. Money Back Fundraisers – Sheet Sale and Sponsorships The sheet sale fundraiser will continue until Dec 2nd.  All Money and order forms will need to be turned in to Ashley Brown on Dec. 2nd.  Sheets sell for $38 and pillow cases for $13.  You will earn $5 off of your player fees for every sheet set sold.  We are looking at a delivery date towards the middle of December. Even if you chose to Opt-Out you can still participate in the fundraisers to earn money back. • Car Wash Tickets • Sheet Sale ** • Sell Sponsorships ** • OGL Tournament (Summer 2019) $1200 • OGL Tournament (Winter 2020) estimated at $500 to $700

  15. Sell Sponsorships 25% of revenue goes towards player fees • Sponsorship Options: • Level 1 – $125Player receives portion of donation back at end of season. Quarter page ad in the game program with brief message about company or for player / team; half-time sponsor acknowledgment for all varsity and JV home games • Level 2 – $175Player receives portion of donation back at end of season. Half page ad in the game program with brief message about company for player / team; half-time sponsor acknowledgment for all varsity and JV home games, and name or logo on shared sponsor banner that will be hung at all Varsity and JV home games • Level 3 – $250Player receives portion of donation back at end of season. Full page ad in the game program with brief message about company or for player / team; half-time sponsor acknowledgment for all varsity and JV home games; name or logo on shared sponsor banner that will be hung at all Varsity and JV home games, and team jersey • Level 4 – $500 Player receives portion of donation at end of season. Full page ad in the game program with brief message about company or for player / team; name or logo individual 3'x5' sponsor banner that will be hung at all Varsity and JV home games, and team jersey • Level 5 – $1500 to $5000 (depending on size requirements) Player receives a portion of donation at end of season. Full page ad in the game program with brief message about company or for player / team; advertisement or logo on the large sponsorship sign (Raider-Lax) to be displayed from Jan 15, 2020 to Jan 15, 2021 and team jersey
