California Environmental Protection Agency Air Resources Board Recent Developments • Industry approached staff after publication of off-highway recreational vehicle (OHRV) proposal for July 2006 Board Hearing • Group of various manufacturers met with staff to help inform us of the industry and its specific concerns • Larger scale manufacturing new to industry • Very small-volumes (“cottage” industry)
