Tailored English Curriculum: Pathways to Success for Every Student
At our school, we create opportunities for success by tailoring English education to students' abilities. All pupils engage in English Language and Literature courses, designed with differentiated texts and tasks that challenge them appropriately. While most students take their first English Language exam at the end of Year 10, those who meet their target grades will focus solely on English Literature in Year 11. We prepare students for AQA GCSE and Cambridge IGCSE, both assessing essential skills. Support your student by encouraging reading, discussing ideas, and providing study resources.
