  2. STRENGTH Make entire list the standard for all categories /areas where Strength is listed Add to extremity strength under Neuro

  3. STRENGTH Leave Strong, remove Normal (vague and redundant)

  4. STRENGTH Add “Standard Strength” options to “If Regional Anesthesia “ ALSO

  5. MOVEMENT Use these options in all three areas of documentation.

  6. Capillary Refill Use these options in all areas/categories of Capillary Refill

  7. Skin Temperature Use these options for both categories/areas of documentation

  8. Color vs. Nail Bed Color Is this SKIN Color? When describing SKIN Color use these options in all categories/areas of documentation. Leave Nail Bed Color as is currently listed
