VPH HED Documentation Changes Coming Tuesday, November 6th. Replace Fall Risk Screen with Evidenced Based Morse Fall Risk Screen. VCH is evaluating a new PEDS Fall Risk Tool. When decision is made on which tool to use, VPH will evaluate and may choose to adopt for Child/ Adol units.
