  4. Unfair discrimination is illegal…………… So we have to get the balance right……

  11. What we have to do in Hampshire Decision makers need to show “due regard” for the need to: • Eliminate prohibited conduct • find it and get rid of it • Advance equality of opportunity • Create opportunities • Foster good relations between groups • Help people get to know each other
