OmniPCX Office evolutions • Direct transfer to Voice Mail • Ability to directly transfer the current call to the voice mail box of a user (without presenting the call or making the terminal ringing) • Accessible via softkey, user programmable key or feature code • Initiator and called VM box must be part of the same system • Especially used by the attendant • No specific software license required

OmniPCX Office evolutions • Remote Customization of Automated Attendant • Ability to remotely modify both company greeting messages of the Automated Attendant (Open & Closing hours) • Submitted to user rights • Requires the remote customization license (in addition to the Automated Attendant customization license)

OmniPCX Office evolutions Personalized greeting on busy state • By programming, enable on busy state : • either the existing (default) behavior applying the ‘standard prompt’ • or (new) apply systematically the personalized (VM) prompt . In that case, only the personalized greeting will be played whatever the user state is (on busy, on no reply, on Voice Mail) • Programming on a system level thanks to a noteworthy address

OmniPCX Office evolutions • SMS Transparency on S0 terminals (only validated for the German market) • Sending & receiving SMS on SMS-compliant S0 sets (in addition to analog sets already supported in OXOr4.0) • Available for both internal and external calls • S0 terminals are connected to the OmniPCX Office through the Alcatel 4094 S0 plugware

Applications • OmniVista4760 r3.2 / 4760RSC r3.2: • Support of the release r3.2 of OmniVista 4760 • Only OXE enhancements (IRAD board ….) • XML Web Services r2.2 • Support of the release r2.2 of XML Web Services • Minor enhancements : • HTTP direct link improved performance when transferring fixed images (direct transfer between the application and the IPTouch) • Application start by notification for example : upon an Incoming call pop up automatically an image on the IPTouch
