  16. Activity Rules and Regulations 1. Exhibitors who intend to make demonstration during the exhibition shall ensure that such demonstrations and presentations must not interfere with the conducting of business of other exhibitors in term of sound, nor cause any smoke or flame. 2. The use of mascot and/or presenter for any purposes is only allowed in the booth space, which means all other areas – both indoor and outdoor – such as public space including gangway, restaurant, and parking lot are strictly restricted. However, the presenters must wear smart casual or proper dress only.

Any activity engaged in the booth area should not intervene nearby and/or any other exhibitors as well as visitors in the event and must not be regarded as the following activities. 3.1Disparaging in any way to the institution of the Kingdom of Thailand, religion, and the Royal Family. 3.2 All kinds of gambling and gaming especially when it makes the area crowded and/or noisy. 3.3 Any activity that makes a lot of noise, consists of a loud speaker and/or an mc. 3.4 Any activity that involves with the use of music and/or motion picture, both live and through all kinds of medium, which may lead to annoyance of others.

  26. Every exhibitor has to pre-register for their badges prior the show. Exhibitor Registration Exhibitors can pick up badges at “Exhibitor Registration Counter” at EH101 September 16, 2014: 14.00-17.00 hrs. September 17-19, 2011 : 09.00 – 17.00 hrs. ***Deadline for Pre-Registration: 15 Sept 2014 at 24.00 hrs!

  29. Choose your company name and put your numbers of badges requested. Maximum number of requested badges will depend on each company quota • Click “Submit” will expand the filling form for exhibitor to fill in the information of each badge requested • Click “Save” then the system will send the automatically confirmation email to each exhibitors. • Exhibitor who do the pre-registration for their company need to print out the reply confirmation to show at registration counter and pick up badge for their group but if you have other staff to pick up badge, they need to bring the confirmation to pick up badge for the group as well. • ***Exhibitor badge will contain Name, Company Name, Country and Barcode Exhibitor Pre-Registration

Exhibitor who invite your “International Principal or Suppliers” to the show and wish to have “Exhibitor Badge”, you need to make a pre-registration for your invited guests under your company name to get “Exhibitor Badge”. ***In this case, you have to submit list of your international guests to organizer prior to the show Exhibitor can also ask your international principles or suppliers to make a pre-registration for themselves as “VISITOR” and fill all information and questionnaire to get “Visitor Badge”. ***Visitor are allowed to entry exhibition hall during 10.00 – 17.00 hrs.   49. Visitor who make a pre-registration both individual and group visitor pre-registration will receive the reply confirmation by email showing your “Registration Code” or “Visitor login ID”. Visitor can use this code to register for conference. • Visitor need to use “Registration Code” or “Visitor login ID” to login for conference. Visitor can select and attend conference on their preference topic, date and time. Visitor may not attend some conferences if those conference are fully booked or for invited guest only. • Conference Pre-Registration will be opened in “July”.
