COMPENSATION PLAN TD RM RM RM TRAINING DIRECTOR RT RM TD RTD NTD • You are a TD • Help 3 reps become RM • Help your 3 RMs get 10 new team RTs* in a month each • Your RMs earn $1,000 each • 3 RMs x 10 RTs = 30 RTs* You EARN:$5,350 plus ($1350 Overrides & $4,000 Team Bonus) *Qualified Rep Trainers in a calendar month. A Rep Trainer is qualified when they make at least 1 ITAP sale. Hypothetical example for illustration purposes only.
