  1. AUTOMATED SITE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM & DG PILFERAGE CONTROL SYSTEM

  2. BACKGROUND • Manned sites • Round the clock deployment of man power. Expensive. • Site fully dependent on attendant and he has to be present in there all the time. • Untrained and uneducated site attendant cannot maintain site record properly. • Traditionally, manned sites account for more fuel pilferage than unmanned sites.

  3. NEED FOR HUMAN INTERVENTION??? WORK EXPECTED TO BE PERFORMED BY SITE ATTENDANT 1. Refueling of diesel in DG sets and maintaining log book of diesel refueling. 2. Starting/ stopping of the DG set in case of power failure and auto start up failure and making entries in the log book. 3. Switching on and switching off of AC’s. 4. Cleaning of power plant, DG battery, firefighting equipment, other equipment at site 5. Answering of telephone, noting of complaints and passing information immediately to specified competent authority.

  4. NEED FOR HUMAN INTERVENTION??? WORK EXPECTED TO BE PERFORMED BY SITE ATTENDANT 6. Ensuring that the property is not tampered with Custodianship of site. 7. Keeping exchange/office premises in hygienic conditions. 8. Informing officer in charge Exchange/ BTS about any alarm/ fault message immediately. 9. Any other work that may be identical and related to proper upkeep of the telecom site.

  5. HYDRAULIC DRY DISCONNECT COUPLING

  6. HYDRAULIC DRY DISCONNECT COUPLING • Available in Dry Disconnect type. • No fuel spillage at the time of connection/disconnection. • Comes in 2 parts: Male adapter and female coupling. • Female coupling is connected to the hose, and Male adapter on the tank of genset. • Tank is properly sealed and welded before the male adapter is installed. • Adapter on the tank ensures fuel cannot be siphoned off, as fuel can enter from one direction only. • Male adapter connects and permits passage of fuel only when it is matched with the female coupling installed on the hose.

  7. TRANSITION FROM MANNED SITES TO UNMANNED SITES TEMPERATURE & HUMIDITY SENSOR SMART CONTROLLER DOOR OPEN / CLOSE SENSOR AC POWER FAILURE SENSOR FUEL SENSOR (LOW FUEL ALARM)

  8. TRANSITION FROM MANNED SITES TO UNMANNED SITES OTHER DEVICES: • GENSET AUTO START/STOP • AUTO CHANGE OVER • DIGITAL DG HOUR METER • AIR CONDITIONER AUTO START/STOP • AVIATION LIGHT AUTO START/STOP • HYDRAULIC COUPLINGS FOR FUEL RECEIPT IN TANK

  9. TRANSITION FROM MANNED SITES TO UNMANNED SITES TEMPERATURE & HUMIDITY SENSOR SMART CONTROLLER DOOR OPEN / CLOSE SENSOR MAINS POWER FAILURE SENSOR FUEL SENSOR (LOW FUEL ALARM)

  10. TRANSITION FROM MANNED SITES TO UNMANNED SITES TEMPERATURE & HUMIDITY SENSOR SHELTER SMS AIR CONDITIONER OFF ON 28 26 SMART CONTROLLER 24 TEMPERATURE & HUMIDITY SENSOR 22 20

  11. TRANSITION FROM MANNED SITES TO UNMANNED SITES TEMPERATURE & HUMIDITY SENSOR • Installed inside shelter. • Monitors temperature and humidity inside the shelter. • As soon as temperature rises above 26o or humidity soars above 70%, the controller switches the AC on. • As soon as temperature drops below 26o or humidity slides below 70%, the controller switches the AC off. • SMS of entire event is sent to our server and up to 2 other numbers. • Note: Any reference temperature/RH can be taken to switch AC on/off.

  12. TRANSITION FROM MANNED SITES TO UNMANNED SITES TEMPERATURE & HUMIDITY SENSOR SMART CONTROLLER DOOR OPEN / CLOSE SENSOR MAINS POWER FAILURE SENSOR FUEL SENSOR (LOW FUEL ALARM)

  13. TRANSITION FROM MANNED SITES TO UNMANNED SITES AUTO CHANGE OVER ON OFF GENSET AUTO START/STOP START SMART CONTROLLER MAINS POWER FAILURE SENSOR SMS

  14. TRANSITION FROM MANNED SITES TO UNMANNED SITES MAINS POWER FAILURE SENSOR • It is connected inside the Panel/Generator Self start box. • As soon as load shedding takes place, within 20 seconds, generator starts automatically. • Auto changeover transfers the load from mains to generator. • On availability of mains again, the generator stops and changeover transfers the load back to mains. • SMS of entire event is sent to our server and up to 2 other numbers. • Also, digital DG hour meter is installed to ensure tempering is not done easily.

  15. TRANSITION FROM MANNED SITES TO UNMANNED SITES TEMPERATURE & HUMIDITY SENSOR SMART CONTROLLER DOOR OPEN / CLOSE SENSOR MAINS POWER FAILURE SENSOR FUEL SENSOR (LOW FUEL ALARM)

  16. TRANSITION FROM MANNED SITES TO UNMANNED SITES FUEL SENSOR (LOW FUEL ALARM SMS SMART CONTROLLER

  17. TRANSITION FROM MANNED SITES TO UNMANNED SITES FUEL SENSOR (LOW FUEL ALARM) • It is installed inside the fuel tank of the Genset. • As soon as fuel goes below a specific mark in the tank, the control office is intimated automatically. • Similar intimation can also be done on high level. • SMS of entire event is sent to our server and up to 2 other numbers.

  18. TRANSITION FROM MANNED SITES TO UNMANNED SITES TEMPERATURE & HUMIDITY SENSOR SMART CONTROLLER DOOR OPEN / CLOSE SENSOR MAINS POWER FAILURE SENSOR FUEL SENSOR (LOW FUEL ALARM)

  19. TRANSITION FROM MANNED SITES TO UNMANNED SITES • It can be installed on the door of genset or main entrance gate of premises. • As soon as the door opens, alarm is triggered and central server is intimated. • SMS of entire event is sent to our server and up to 2 other numbers. • Similarly, aviation light can be switched on/off from remote by sending an SMS to the controller. DOOR OPEN / CLOSE SENSOR
