  2. HCL Training & Staffing Services (HCL TSS) is a division subsidiary of HCL Tech Ltd. It sources, train and hire Science graduates, engineering graduates, and class XII pass outs for multiple entries level IT job roles across HCL. HCL TSS programmeoperates from different locations Lucknow, Manesar, and Madurai. HCL TSS Manesar sources, train & recruits candidates from all across India, while HCL Lucknow and HCL Madurai do sourcing, training & recruitment of candidates locally. Candidates trained at HCL TSS Manesar are placed across HCL offices in Noida, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad. While candidates trained at Madurai & Lucknow will be placed in respective locations.

Training & Hiring Program for Non-Engineering Graduates (Science Graduates) Fee- The fee structure of the Training & Hiring Program for Science Graduates is INR 3 Lacs (inclusive of all the applicable taxes) Location- the program is offered in Lucknow and Madurai. Duration- It is a nine months program which comprises of classroom and professional practice term.

Training & Hiring Program for Engineering Graduates/ Post Graduates Fee & Location - The fee structure of the HCL TSS programme for Engineering Graduates/ Post Graduates is INR 2.0 Lakhs + Applicable Taxes at- HCL Madurai & HCL Lucknow INR 2.5 Lac + Applicable Taxes for- HCL Metro for Training & Hiring program for engineering graduates. Duration- the candidates selected under Training & Hiring Program for Engineering Graduates/ Post Graduates are trained for three months (for classroom training part) at HCL campuses in Lucknow, Madurai or Manesar. After that, they go through 3 months of Professional Practice Term training at HCL.
