  1. Hypergolic Hydrogen Peroxide OMS/RCS System Area(s) of Significant Benefit Safety Performance Sustainability Operations Infrastructure • Technologies and Capabilities • APerformance in terms of vacuum specific impulse, density specific impulse and combustion chamber temperature is superior to NTO/MMH. This low cost rocket fuel is non-toxic and is projected to have excellent aging properties. • BEngines have been fired through 950 lbf to verify the ballistic properties of some of these non-toxic candidates. • Description • AFully soluble, catalytically-promoted or reactive organic fuels are intensely hypergolic with Rocket Grade Hydrogen Peroxide • BWork has steadily progressed, and the thermodynamic and kinetic performance of new fuels now exceed that of NTO/MMH. Benefits and Impacts Obsolescence Reduction Risk Reduction Safety Improvement Cost Reduction Process Improvement Other (Ultra-High Operations Improvement Reliability) Performance Enhancement • POC, Cost, Schedule and Maturity • TRL 4 This is demonstrated technology • POC: John Rusek, john.rusek@swiftenterprises.net • A The propellant is non-toxic and environmentally friendly; mission decontamination would be minimal • B No hazardous waste would result from operations • Reduction in Category 1 Failure Rate of .05%

  2. Hypergolic Hydrogen Peroxide OMS/RCS System • Total Project Costs: $ 14 M • Obsolescence & Feasibility: $ 4.9 M • Formulation: $ 1.2 M • Implementation: $ 8.0 M • Project Submitted By: John Rusek, (765) 464-8336. • Note: Supplemental Information attached in MS Excel and Word document
