Comprehensive Strategy for International Hydrographic Capacity Building

The Capacity Building Strategy focuses on sustainable development in hydrography. It includes 3 phases to ensure enduring output, co-ordinated regionally with national support. Objectives involve assessing, establishing relationships, and cooperating with various entities. The long-term objective aims for phases 1 to 3 implementation across nations. Strategic principles, management procedures, and avenues for further developments enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the strategy.
