  4. Discovering Over 40 Nebula's • -The nebulas's were labeled from m-1 to m-110 • ​-Most contain double stars that may have a • ​ ​gravitational relationship​

  5. ​Created one of the most famous catalogues of deep sky objects consisting of nebulae and star clusters

  6. Remnant of the Super Nova 1054 or known as Crab Nebulae - Was actually looking for Halley's comet but discovered /accidentally found it on August 28, 1758 - Later John Bevis called him out because he first discovered it In1732 and explained it on a letter he sent to Messier In 1772

  7. ​13 Comets He Discovered • ​-Some were mistaked and labeled "false comets" and ​ • ​tu​rned ​out to be nebulae • ​-By the time he was 70, he had gathered 40 false • ​comets and only 13 were legit... • ​-The picture above is all of his discoveries today
