Practical case study ofa transfer of good practice • Based on RUR@CT methodology => preparatory meeting, site visit, transferability analysis, action plan, implementation with mentoring support from exporting region • Importing Region = Limousin=>Need to structure a wool sector for a better valorisation at regional level, with economic and ecological perspectives(existing initiatives to be coordinated and reinforced) • Exporting Region = Jämtland (Sweden)=>Experience of ULLFORUM project aiming at to create a platform for exchange between all the actors of the wool sector and to use the knowledge so gained to gain a better understanding of market expectations and the products to be developed www.ruract.eu

Wool project in Limousininspired by Jämtland experience Letter of commitment Specified role of Jämtland Region : • To provide a feedback from ULLFORUM project to Limousin’s stakeholders :by answering questions and/or sending documents related to the methodological approach (by email, phone or visioconference) • To support Limousin’s project leader (AROL) and wool expert for optimizing the use of the minimill which is going to be implemented around Limoges : by providing a technical assistance (one expert from Jämtland could come in Limousin for a few days with travelling and accomodation costs covered by Limousin)
