  2. What is the ResourcePoint Module? The ResourcePoint module is a provider database that contains “operational” provider profiles from the ServicePoint Admin Providers section of ServicePoint. ResourcePoint can be considered the “White and Yellow Pages” of provider records. ServicePoint end users can use ResourcePoint as a resource directory to find services in the community. ResourcePoint contains profiles on providers that can be searched for based on name, location, services and more! *ResourcePoint is the ServicePoint module that interfaces with CommunityPoint*

  4. ResourcePoint Click on the module from the navigation menu

  5. ResourcePoint Workflow

  6. Enter keywords, provider name or words in the provider description in the text box. Click search to display matching results. • Search Click search to return an alphabetical listing of all providers. Then, click a letter of the alphabet to narrow the results to the letter.

  7. Provider Search Results Hovering over the Name of a provider will display the Provider Profile. Click “Show Full Profile” to display the entire provider profile. Click Exit to return to the search results.

  8. The full provider profile will display the provider description, contact and location information, the “services provided” and additional information from the provider admin page, including geography served and standards information. • Elements of Provider Profile

  9. Elements of Provider Profile The provider’s contact and location information will be displayed . Note that (Primary) will appear behind contacts that had been marked as primary on Admin Providers page. Hyperlinks appear in Blue and are interactive with the computers web browser and email program. The user can also click “Map Address” and a display will open with the location.

  10. Elements of Provider Profile Service Information and Services Provided will also display on the provider profile. Note: “Unavailable Services are displayed in Red”. *This can be changed by checking the “Status of Service” on the Admin Providers – Services Provided Tab.

  11. Elements of Provider Profile Additional Information, including Geography Served, Shelter Information and Standards information displays on the right section of the provider profile.

  12. Elements of Provider Profile Subordinate Providers in the Provider Tree Structure will also appear on the provider profile.

  13. Advanced Options for Search The Show and Hide Advanced Options buttons toggle.

  14. Advanced Options for Search Using Advanced Options, the end user can search for provider records using the following options: City, County, State, Zip Code, Level, ServicePoint Users Only, Service Codes, Target Populations, and ESF Services.

  15. Code Look Up Features There are 3 Lookup options using the AIRS Taxonomy and ESF Code Sets. Each User must have the taxonomy code set selected in the user profile in order to access the code sets.
