Analysis of Key Immune Markers: LFA-1, CD28, and CD69 in Response to Stimulation

This study investigates the modulation of immune cell markers LFA-1, CD28, and CD69 in response to various stimuli. We observed significant changes in Mean Fluorescence Intensity (MFI) for LFA-1 and CD69, with p-values indicating strong statistical significance (p<0.001, p<0.01). The data analysis covers different experimental conditions, including LPMA and its interactions with FA. This research aims to shed light on immune cell activation dynamics and the implications for immunological responses.
