  2. Lodging and Food • Coffee & Biscuits • Available from 5 machines in the hall • One session morning one session afternoon • Lunch starts 13.00 sharp • Will be served in Hall – no queues !

  3. Lodging and Food for Residents • Pick up of room key • From Porter’s lodge – open 24 hours • Only those on the list will receive keys • Breakfast in hall 7.45 – 9.00 • Serve yourself to continental breakfast • Sit at a table for served cooked breakfast

  4. Registration – Issue of badges • Registration desk in Porter’s lodge • Open • Sunday afternoon and evening • Monday morning • Connectathon hall reception area • Open • Rest of the week Note the hall is behind the Porter’s lodge

  5. Transportation • DO NOT COME BY CAR • Best mode in Oxford is bicycle • Walking next • Bus next • There is VERY limited car parking atSt Catherine’s. • Parking permits will be issued to those who have a good reason for needing one (e.g. company brings equipment by car)

Social Events • Monday 7th April 18.00 • Welcome drink in the Bar sponsored byThe British Institute of Radiology (1 drink per voucher) • Thursday 10th April 20.00 • Traditional Connectathon get together • 400 year old Hall in Christ Church College(Used as location in the first Harry Potter film) • World class art Gallery open for us from 19.00 • Possibility of short quartet recital in the Cathedral
