Membershipis open to individuals of at least 2 years old. • Membership is free of charge and is not permitted for legal entities. • Enrollmentprocedure: • on-line via KD avia website; • complete an application form and receive temporary card; • via KD avia Call Center. To become a member the passenger should provide his/her full name, passport data, contact information and other data. To become a member the passenger under 14 years should also provide a passport data of one of his/her parents, adoptive parents or trustees. • A plastic cardwill be sent to a member after a minimum of 2000 miles is accrued on his/her account. The period the plastic card is issued and delivered is from 6 to 8 weeks.The member should use the temporary card until he/she gets his/her permanent plastic card. • Participation in the program starts from the date of member’s application form filling out , the Website Application form completion or from the date enrollment data was provided by a member to KD avia Call Center. • Members can not have more than one account. • The Miles on the account cannot be shared, sold, bequeathed, transferred or combined with the other program members’ accounts or members’ accounts of other loyalty programs. • Basic, SilverandGoldTiers. • Members may check their current mileage account balance: • via their personal page on KD avia website; • by calling to KD avia Call Center, by sending the request to Voyage+ Service Center via emailvoyageplus@kdavia.ru or feedback page on KD avia website; • by getting his/her statement every 3 months within the condition of having any changes on his/her account after his/her previous statement was issued. • Members may terminate their membership at any time by written notice. All accumulated miles will be cancelled. • KD avia will retain the right to expel a memberif such member or passenger violated KD avia transportation rules or rules of the program. Membership

Secret Password • To access member’s personal page on KD avia website a membership number and a secret password should be used. • Members can generate a password on KD avia website by answering identification and Challenge questions. The password will be sent by email. • In case of enrollment via KD avia website the password will be generated automatically and sent to a member by email. • Members are responsible for their passwords confidentiality. The program staff doesn’t have an access to this information. • In case of the password loss members can reactivate it via KD avia website. • Members can change their passwords on their personal page. • In the purpose of member’s account protection members are advised to change their password periodically. Secret Password Personal Data Change Duplicate Card Issue Personal Data Change • Members can change their personal data (address, phone number, email etc) : • via personal page on KD avia website • or by sending written request to Voyage+ service center • or by calling to KD aviaCall Center КД. • Members’ name change can be executed by the program staff after receiving of a written request and confirming documents (marriage certificate, bill of divorce etc). New membership card will be issued and delivered within 6-8 weeks after the request is received. Duplicate Card Issue • In case of the membership card loss or damage a member should send new card issue request to Voyage+ service center. New card will be issued free of charge. The card issue and delivery will take from 6 up to 8 weeks.

  4. Miles form the basic unit of all calculations for all members’ accounts. Miles will be granted for: • KD avia regular flights depending on a booking class and a distance of a flight according to the miles table; • Program partners’ service; • Program special promotions, etc. Non-qualifying miles Non-qualifying miles are earned by members for a Partner service purchase, elite tier, for selected promotions. Non-qualifying miles may not be used as credit towards Silver and Gold membership status and may only be redeemed for awards. Qualifying miles Qualifying miles are earned by members by flying on KD avia scheduled flights based on the distance in miles between origination and destination airports and the booking class. Qualifying miles can be used by members to obtain the program awards and they are calculated towards Silver and Gold elite membership status. Members get: • Three one way (OW) regular KD avia flights executed before member’s enrollment in the program can be posted on his/her account in case the flights were made during 30 days before the enrollment. • Miles for a flight activity are automatically credited to member's account within 10 days following the completion of the travel in question if the membership card was presented by the member during booking or purchasing the ticket, or membership number was provided by the member to the program service center or to KD avia Call Center after the ticket was purchased and before the flight was executed; membership number was correctly entered into the PNR and name spelling in the PNR is the same as in the program. • In case any flight is not included into the account or incorrect, the member needs to provide necessary flight documentation to Voyage+ service center within 12 months of the trip date: originals or copies of the tickets and of the boarding passes, or to fill out flights information on his/her personal page on KD avia website. When e-ticket was used a member should submit itinerary and passenger receipt print out and originals or copies of the boarding passes for each segment. Flight documentation is not refundable. Data check and confirmation will take 45 days. If such claims are warranted, miles will be credited on member’s account. If a Member is unable to produce the original boarding passes, data check and miles crediting will require 90 days. • All unredeemed miles available on the 31st of December of the preceding year will expire for members who have not had on his/her account a flight eligible for accrual in the program or any program partner activity in the past 2 calendar years. • Miles accrual detailed information is available atwww.kdavia.ru Miles Accrual

There are the following types of awards in the program: • Award ticket • Award upgrade ticket • Program partners award service • To get an award one account can be used only. • Booking and issuing of an award ticket is executed in KD avia sales offices and via KD avia Call Center only. • KD avia retains the right to restrict the number of award seats on some or all flights. • Open date is not allowed for award ticket and award upgrade. • Open Jaw award travel is allowed for award ticket and award upgrade. If these cities locate in different award zones than the more expensive award zone always applies and is used for mileage redemption. • Award tickets and award upgrades can be issued on scheduled KD avia flights only for one way or round trip travelin case there are sufficient number of miles on member’s account and confirmed award booking class (T – for economy class, I – for business class) • Member’s award booking can be placed on a waiting list if the booking class is not available. • . Baggage allowance for business class award ticket and award upgrade to business class ticket is defined the same as for paid business class tickets. • Once an award ticket of award upgrade is issued, it can’t be sold, transferred, changed to another award or to another passenger. • KD avia reserves the right to change the number of miles required to obtain a particular award, award types and awards issue procedures. Award Ticket on KD avia scheduled flight • When an award ticket is issued all additional taxes and payments will be charged. • The award ticket is valid for 1 year from the date of issue until the ticket is not used or 1 year from the 1st segment actual flight date. • Members over 14 years old can transfer an award ticket issued with their miles to any person. • Miles refund for non-used or issued award ticket is executed. 20% penalty applies. • An award ticket itinerary can be changed within the same award zone for the issued non-used ticket (a collection at the rate of 35 Euro applies for the fact of the itinerary change). Flight date changes are allowed: changes made 7 days or more prior to departure will not incur any additional fees, changes made less than 7 days before departure or after departure within the validity of the Award ticket will incur 20 EUR additional fees for the fact of the change made. Award Upgrade Ticket • Award Upgrades are valid on tickets purchased on published fares booked inO, N, K, W, Y booking classes. Members will pay for the award upgrade ticket according to the fare of a booking class upgrade was executed from. • An award upgrade ticket expiration date is defined by the paid economy booking class conditions. • An award upgrade ticket can be refunded according to the paid economy booking class conditions during the validity period of the ticket. Miles will be refunded without a penalty after the member’s appropriate request will be received by Voyage+ service center. Membership number, PNR number and flight data should be specified in the request . • Flight dates of an award upgrade ticket can be changed according to the paid economy booking class conditions. . • Itinerary change is not accepted for an award upgrade ticket . • The award upgrade tickets are not transferrable. Program Awards Program Partner Award Service • To make an award booking of a partner service a member should address to the partner. • Program partner award is not transferrable. • Miles for issued partner award are not refunded • Award types, amount of the miles required for an award, award issue procedure is availableatwww.kdavia.ru

Program Elite Tiers • There are 2 elite tiers in the program: • Silvertier • Goldtier • To get an elite tier necessary amount of qualifying miles / flight segments number should be accumulated on the account during 1 calendar year: • 25000qualifying milesor20flight segmentsforSilver tier • 50000qualifying milesor40flight segmentsforGold tier • Qualifying miles counting is not influenced by awards issue. • The period of stay of the program member in the elite tier shall be from the date of the upgrade to the elite tier through February 28/29 of the year that follows a full calendar year of stay in the elite tier. Elite tier expiration date is indicated on the elite membership card. • If sufficient for elite tier number of miles is not accrued during the qualifying year elite tier downgrade process will apply: • Gold tier members are downgraded toSilver tier • Silvertier members are downgraded toBasic level • To obtain any elite tier benefit members should present their Silver/Gold card during the booking / purchasing a ticket, check-in or purchasing a program partner service. • In case the member presents invalid or another person’s elite card or will request elite benefits, the card will be withdrawn by KD avia staff. Elite Tiers and Benefits * Guaranteed in case the booking is made via KD avia sales offices or Call Center. ** In case elite tier member doesn’t confirm his/her elite status and is downgraded to the previous membership level the benefit looses its force until member gets the tier again and then confirms it. • Elite tiers benefits list can be changed. • Elite tiers benefits listin force is available atwww.kdavia.ru
