  11. How Do I Get Started? Getting started with TheChecks and Balances, Inc.Real Estate Sales Assistant Program is easy. In just three simple steps, you are relieved of employer related liabilities, can provide benefits to Sales Assistants, and can gain more time to sell homes. Step 1: Checks and Balances, Inc. provides you with a new client and new employee packet. This packet will include employment forms for the Sales Assistant, along with a contract and a copy of policies and procedures for you. Step 2: Forms are completed and returned to Checks and Balances, Inc. Sales Assistant now becomes an employee of Checks and Balances, Inc. Step 3: Two days prior to payday, you submit timesheets.
