    2. Background information Proxytrust was founded in 1993. Proxytrust services over 200 trust institutions nationwide. There is NO COST to institutions for our services.

    3. Proxytrust Philosophy Efficiency – Proxytrust strives to develop systems that make proxy processing quick and easy. Consultative Approach – Proxytrust monitors industry changes and provides value-added services to assist clients in meeting their needs. Compliance – Proxytrust services meet and exceed industry compliance requirements. Data Security: In addition to an annual Level II SAS70, Proxytrust administers ongoing penetration and “ethical hack” testing.

    4. Proxytrust Value-Added Services Cost Basis Reporting – Proxytrust clients have access to the CCH Corporate Action database. BasisPro – Proxytrust clients have access to BasisPro’s Cost Basis Calculator which is affiliated with the CCH Corporate Action database. Cannon Financial – New Proxytrust clients receive a scholarship to a Cannon class of their choice. Additional Services – Ask us about other services you might need.
